April 09, 2013Foul on Burke Block Potentially Gave Louisville Advantage, Championship
Louisville topped Michigan 82-76 to win the NCAA Tournament after trailing early in the first half. One of the game's defining moments came when Trey Burke chased down this Louisville breakaway to make what appears to be a clean block on the Cardinals' Peyton Siva. Burke was called for a foul, however, and Louisville extended its lead and took control of the game.

Wichita State trailed Louisville by three points and had possession with time winding down in their Final Four matchup when this controversial jump-ball call by the refs gave the ball, and the win, to Louisville.
